Sierra Leone’s president, Julius Maada Bio has in a letter on Tuesday, August 8th appointed Hon Josephine Makieu to serve as a Member of the Advisory Board of the Anti-Corruption Commission.
The appointment was made by Part III Section 22 (1) of the Anti-Corruption Act, 2008.
The Honorable is to offer advice and insights to the Commission following the approval by Parliament.
Meanwhile the honorable has been advised to contact the Clerk of Parliament who is to arrange a meeting with the Committee and the Public Service of Parliament to look at her appointment.
