Human Rights Commission Debunks Alleged Death of Kamarainba
Deborah Sorie The Human Rights Commission of Sierra Leone (HRCSL) has debunked a viral social media post purportedly signed by it, stating that a former ADP Presidential Candidate, Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray is dead.
The Commission wishes to inform the public that the said post was never authored by HRCSL and that whoever tagged it to such post is only being mischievous.
The Commission has not received any such information from the appropriate authorities regarding Mr. Mansaray who is currently serving his jail term at the Freetown Male Correctional Center.
HRCSL encourages the public to always refer to its website and social media handles for factual information and the activities it undertakes.
Can we get it from the horse’s mouth?
Posterity will judge all those cooking badstories against people image and institutions.
Yeah, the Human Rights Commission should facilitate reaching the man himself to talk to the public about him being alive.
God knows everything.
Kudos to HRCSL for clarifying the information.
But they need to do more by using their authority to see if the subject in question is alive; credibility and integrity matters.
