The Senior Management of the Ministry of Health and Sanitation (MOHS) has hosted representatives from the World Health Organization Africa Centres for Disease Control and Protection
The top management of the MOHS included the minister himself, Austin Demby, the deputy minister Jalikatu Mustapha and Charles Senesie.
They hosted representatives from the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Protection at the Youyi Building in the nation’s capital, Freetown.
It is also noted that, the team came on a weeklong scoping mission regarding issues related with health emergency preparedness and response flagship initiatives in the country and how they will make possible positive intervention as and when necessary.
