Transport Ministry’s Acting Director of Ports Unit Inspects Pepel Port
The Acting Director of Ports and Rail Development and Regulatory unit of the Ministry of Transport and Aviation, Dr. Adams Steven, visited the operational area of the Kingho Port and Railway which is the Pepel-Tonkolili port inorder to inspect operations.
The inspection visit which took place during the weekend went well as the Director held fruitful discussions with the Management Team of the port.
The Director engaged the management team on the use of railway transport for multiple mining operators in order to increase on the capacity of mineral export leading to more income for government.
