SLRA Announces Temporary Closure of Hill Cot Road Bridge
Aaron Parker The Sierra Leone Roads Authority (SLRA), in partnership with Gento Group of Companies (SL) Ltd, has announced the temporary closure of a section of the westbound lanes on Hill Cot Road Bridge for the installation of expansion joints.
The closure will affect the stretch from the British International School (BIS) to Yazbeck.
The scheduled closures will occur during the following periods:
From 8 PM on Friday, January 17, 2025, until 6:30 AM on Monday, January 20, 2025.
From 8 PM on Friday, January 24, 2025, until 6:30 AM on Monday, January 27, 2025.
During these periods, motorists and the public are advised to use the two eastbound lanes on the overhead bridge to maintain traffic flow.
The SLRA regrets any inconvenience this essential work may cause and appreciates the public’s cooperation to ensure its successful completion.
