Sierra Leone’s President Julius Maada Bio has arrived in Bridgetown, Barbados, to attend the Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) Global Forum.
He was warmly received at the airport by Senator The Hon. Lisa R. Cummins, Minister of Energy and Business Development.
President Bio’s visit underscores Sierra Leone’s commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions and climate resilience.

During the forum, he will deliver a national statement on Sierra Leone’s Energy Transition and Green Growth Plan, highlighting efforts to expand hydropower and solar energy for a cleaner and more sustainable future.
