These community centers are expected to serve as force of empowerment. They are said to create a venue for young people to develop their abilities, women to organize effective projects, and seniors to pass on precious knowledge to future generations.
The centres are expected to play important roles in supporting long-term development in the communities by providing a space for social cohesion and learning.
