The SLPP’s new executive is “a firebrand” team, says the Party’s National Publicity Secretary, Moses Mambu, aiming to win Sierra Leone’s 2028 Presidential elections in a landslide.
In a recent statement, Mambu emphasized the new leadership’s commitment to delivering results for the people, asserting, “This new executive will ensure we win power in the 2028 election. We will deliver to the point that we will win the 2028 election on a first ballot.”
Mambu highlighted the importance of this approach, noting that achieving a first-ballot victory would not only solidify the SLPP’s position but also mark a historic milestone in Sierra Leone’s political landscape. He reiterated the party’s goal of ruling for three consecutive terms under democratic principles.
Moses Mambu, known as “CSO Mambu,” transitioned from a societal activist to Publicity Secretary of the SLPP, showcasing his dedication to the party’s vision for future electoral success.

Khadija Barrie, based on your engagement with Moses Mambu and Moore Conteh, it’s clear that you are anti-SLPP. Why are you only focusing on CSO Mambu’s optimism about the SLPP winning the 2028 general election and neglecting to mention the successes and developments he highlighted that the SLPP has achieved so far, supported by facts and data?
So, if you are going to die, will you declare SLPP as the winner of the 2028 general election?
