The Executive Committee of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has officially announced the appointment of new members to serve on the boards of the 2025/26 Women’s and Men’s Premier Leagues.
For the Women’s Premier League Board, the following individuals have been appointed:
Hon. Mariatu Rachel Sesay-Pessima – Chairperson
Angella Constance Gabbidon – Secretary
Kadiatu Conteh – Northeast Region Representative
Umu Hassan-King – Western Area Representative
Kadiatu Manga Conteh – Northwest Region Representative
Mommy George – Southern Region Representative
Water Campbell – Eastern Region Representative
For the Men’s Premier League Board, the appointees are:
Osman Tommy – Chairman
Johndee Dissa – Member
Hon. Mohamed Papa Bangura – Member
Brima Turay – Member
The SLFA further disclosed that three additional representatives from different clubs will be included in the Men’s Premier League Board. This rotational practice, undertaken each season, ensures inclusivity, transparency, and shared responsibility in the governance of the league.
In its statement, the SLFA extended its best wishes to the appointees, emphasizing their crucial role in steering the administration and smooth running of Sierra Leone’s top-flight football competitions.
