The Managing Director and CEO of Rokel Commercial Bank (RCBank), Dr. Walton Ekundayo Gilpin, together with a cross-section of senior staff, paid a courtesy visit to customers of the bank’s Bo Branch in the last week of September 2025.

The visit was aimed at appreciating customers for their contribution to nation-building through banking with RCBank, while also engaging them on ways to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

Among the customers visited were Grace Sierra Leone (GraceSL), the Sierra Leone Rice Agro-Industrial Cluster (SLRAIC), LANFIA K. Construction Group, KAM Enterprise, and Sky Building Materials.

During the engagements, customers commended the bank’s innovations, digitalization drive, and responsiveness to client needs.

GraceSL Program Director, Mohamed Sheriff, praised the initiative as a proactive step to build stronger customer relations.

SLRAIC Financial Accountant, Yayah Mansaray, highlighted the bank’s innovations and requested more flexibility in fund transfers and payments, which the bank assured would be addressed.

LANFIA K. Construction Group’s Ibrahim and Lanfia Kabba described RCBank as their “preferred bank of choice,” with Ibrahim noting that “RCBank makes you feel like a king.”

KAM Enterprise’s Alusine Kamara commended both past and present management of the Bo Branch for their support and urged the bank to continue driving growth.

Sky Building Materials’ Hamza Skaikay reaffirmed his loyalty to RCBank, saying it is “the bank I have known and the bank I will continue to know.”

RCBank has recently expanded its operations with the commissioning of new branches in Cline Town and Waterloo in July and August 2025, respectively. The bank says the move reflects its customer-centric approach and its goal of ensuring seamless access to banking services nationwide.

By prioritizing customer engagement and innovation, RCBank continues to consolidate its position as one of Sierra Leone’s leading financial institutions.
