Musician and youth advocate, Fynface, has denied allegations made by a street figure known as Ratty, who accused him of attempting to hire him to carry out an assault over an unpaid drug deal.

Ratty claimed that Fynface offered him ten thousand Leones and allegedly instructed him to “gather his boys” for the attack. He further alleged that he refused the offer, saying he has renounced violence and now works to protect his associates.

In response, Fynface strongly dismissed the claims as false and malicious, describing them as a “blackmailing act.” He noted that he has a record of leading anti-drug and youth empowerment campaigns in schools and communities, adding that such allegations are an attempt to tarnish his image.

Fynface confirmed that he has reported the matter to the Sierra Leone Police and expressed confidence that the authorities will conduct a fair investigation.

He also urged the police to treat Ratty as a substantial witness, given that Ratty himself claimed to have had direct contact with him.
