A Sierra Leonean referee, Sulaiman Antio Kamara, will be officiating the U-17 WAFU A Final in Mali, Saturday, October 18th,2025, at 19:00 GMT in Bamako, Mali.
The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has announced that the Sierra Leonean referee by the name of Sulaiman Antio Kamara has been appointed by the West African Football Union (WAFU) Zone A to officiate the final match between Senegal and Mali in the ongoing CAF Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers (Mali 2025).
According to SLFA, Kamara’s appointment to the grand finale is a testament to his Professionalism, consistency, and growing reputation as one of the finest young referees in the subregion. His selection also reflects the confidence that CAF and WAFU continue to place in Sierra Leonean match officials.
