The University of Sierra Leone (USL) will officially launch its newly established Brass Band on Friday, 28th November 2025, in a ceremony that underscores the institution’s commitment to cultural expression and student engagement.
The event, set for 11:00 a.m. in front of the Kennedy Building at Fourah Bay College (FBC), will also showcase newly procured items intended for upcoming congregations and other major public functions of the University.
In addition, the University administration will inaugurate newly completed recreation facilities at FBC, aimed at enhancing the social and wellness environment for students and staff.
University authorities have extended an open invitation to all members of the USL community, emphasizing that their presence will help celebrate progress in academic, cultural, and recreational development.
