28-Year-Old Drug Addict Cuts Off His Manhood Over Economic Hardship in Bo Town

A 28-year-old man identified as Junior has reportedly cut off his own private part after expressing that he had lost hope in life, an incident that occurred on January 20, 2026, in Bo Town.

According to information gathered by residents of Sandy Street in the Gbongbo Market area, where the man is known to live, Junior injured himself after what community members described as prolonged hardship and street life. He is said to have been living on the streets for some time.

In a statement attributed to him after the incident, Junior reportedly said that he had “given up on life,” which he cited as the reason for harming himself. Sources familiar with the matter confirmed that this statement was made by the victim himself.

The deceased young man is described by residents as a drug addict who has been living in the street for a while. Due to the hardship he faced on the streets, he decided to end his life by cutting off his manhood.
