The University of Sierra Leone’s Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) has officially announced its Undergraduate Fresh Students’ Orientation Programme for the 2025–2026 academic year.

The notice, issued by the Office of the Deputy Registrar, provides key dates, venues, and expectations for all newly admitted students.

The orientation will be held at the Ekundayo Thompson Building, Main Campus, located on A. J. Momoh Street in Freetown. Sessions are scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. each day, and students are expected to be seated at least 30 minutes prior.

Schedule:

  • Diploma Programmes: Thursday, 29th January 2026
  • B.Sc. Programmes: Friday, 30th – Saturday, 31st January 2026
  • Venue: 5th & 6th Floors, Ekundayo Thompson Building, Main Campus

The programme aims to formally welcome new students into the IPAM academic community while providing essential information on academic regulations, student services, campus facilities, codes of conduct, and other important aspects of university life.

Attendance is compulsory for all first-year students. The university administration emphasized punctuality and full participation to ensure students are well-prepared for their academic journey.
