Additionally, MD. Boyah noted that the initiative merges sports with innovative digital technology, providing an immediate reward system while helping to professionalise the league beyond direct financial support.
In his response, the President of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), Babadi Kamara, welcomed the move, describing it as a major boost for player performance and league competitiveness.
“This venture will motivate players to give their best on the pitch and raise the standard of competition in the Leone Rock Premier League.” He said.
President Kamara added that the Leone Rock Premier League has already been highly competitive and expressed confidence that the Locker Room Bonus would further boost competition, particularly as it is being implemented during the second round of the league.
