The All Peoples Congress (APC) party has republished the approved locations and centres for its upcoming Ward Elections, scheduled to take place nationwide on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
A public notice issued February 14, 2026, by the party’s National Secretariat announced that following a consultative meeting between party leadership and the Internal Elections Management Committee (IEMC), it was resolved to formally republish the approved election centres.
According to the notice, the republication incorporates adoptions and adjustments made pursuant to rulings delivered on petitions submitted regarding certain Ward Election locations. It also includes directives and determinations issued by the Independent Elections Complaint Board (IEcb) in the exercise of its oversight and adjudicatory functions.
The National Secretariat described the republished list as reflecting “the final and binding administrative position of the Party, as shaped by the outcomes of duly considered petitions and directives of the IEcb.”
All prior publications inconsistent with this notice have been superseded, the party stated.
The notice emphasized that the Ward Elections will be conducted nationwide strictly at the republished and duly adopted locations and centres as approved.
The APC National Secretariat reiterated its commitment to conducting “free, fair, transparent, and orderly Ward Elections in strict adherence to the rule of law and the supremacy of the APC Constitution.”
The notice was signed by Chernor C. S. Kamara, Acting National Organizing Secretary, on behalf of the National Secretariat.
