The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has appointed Mrs. Patricia Alpha Barrie as its new Finance Director, effective immediately.
The appointment was announced in a public notice issued on Monday, March 2, 2026, by the Executive Committee of the Association.
In the statement, the SLFA informed the general public, football stakeholders, partners, and members of the football family that Mrs. Barrie has been named to the position as part of its ongoing institutional efforts.
According to the official statement, Mrs. Barrie brings a wealth of experience in financial management, administration, and institutional governance.
The Association noted that her appointment forms part of its continuing commitment to strengthening financial systems, enhancing transparency, and promoting prudent resource management within the football sector.
The Executive Committee expressed full confidence in Mrs. Barrie’s competence and professionalism. It stated that her leadership is expected to further reinforce accountability and efficiency in the financial operations of the Association.
The SLFA also congratulated Mrs. Patricia Alpha Barrie on her appointment and wished her success in the discharge of her duties.
