Minister Salima Monorma Bah has announced that Cabinet has approved Africell Sierra Leone as the investment partner for Sierratel’s, (government owned Telecommunications Company) relaunch, during the The Ministry of Information and Civic Education.
The partnership will operate under an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) model, where Sierratel will deliver services using existing network infrastructure through the partnership.
