The Association of Music Producers & Engineers – Sierra Leone (AMPE-SL) releases the official song for the celebration of Sierra Leone’s 65th independence anniversary after gaining its independence in 1961 from the British.

The association features top musicians, including Jimmy B, Nega Don, K-Man, Famous, Star Zee, Aminish, Stuntman, Slim G, Speedo’o, Pupa Baja, Amie Kallon, M2, Innocent, Empress Pee, Don Mystiq, Alieu Melody, Incredible JJ, I-Tribe, Shady Baby, Samza, Pupa Baja, Amie Kallon, and others.

The song is done in different local languages to showcase unity and diversity in the country. They call on all Sierra Leoneans to join them in celebrating the country as it enjoys peace, unity, love, and religious tolerance.

While releasing the song, the Godfather of Sierra Leone music, Jimmy B, took to his Facebook handle, urging Sierra Leoneans to come together and make the country worth living in. The song is mixed and mastered by Alman.
