The Guma Valley Water Company (GVWC) has announced new customer care contact numbers to all customers and the general public.
According to the Guma Valley Water Company, the following numbers are now available for inquiries, complaints, reporting of leaks, burst pipes, illegal connections, billing issues, and other customer service matters.
The Numbers are: +232 30 121 000, +232 34 121 000, and +232 75 121 000.
The Water Company assures the general public that they have a dedicated team ready to assist and respond promptly to concerns.
“We encourage all customers, stakeholders, and members of the public to save these numbers and share them widely with family, friends, and communities,” Guma Valley.
They added that the general public’s cooperation and timely reporting of water-related issues will help them improve service delivery and ensure a reliable water supply for all.
