Lawyer Emmanuel M. Kamara of Gbanthk’die  Chambers has donated three electric light bulbs to Magistrate Court No. 8 on Pademba Road in Freetown to improve lighting in the courtroom.

The donation was made after Lawyer Kamara observed that the courtroom’s lighting system was faulty, making it difficult for court proceedings to take place under adequate lighting.

The handover was conducted in open court with the approval of Magistrate Adama Jalloh, who expressed appreciation for the gesture and thanked the donor for supporting the judiciary.

This is not the first time Lawyer Kamara has contributed to improving court facilities. He previously donated a ceiling fan to Magistrate Court No. 6 to enhance ventilation and create a more comfortable working environment for magistrates, lawyers, court staff, and members of the public.

The donation highlights how individual contributions can help improve public institutions and support the effective delivery of justice.
