Simeon Fefegula, the husband of popular former reality TV star Hawa Fefegula, has reportedly applied for a two-year restraining order against his wife, Hawa Fefegula, amid an ongoing dispute between the couple.
The development was reported by Australian blogger Emkay TV, who attended Hawa’s court hearing yesterday and shared details of the allegations presented during the proceedings.
According to the report, the court heard allegations that Hawa damaged Simeon’s car, which she had reportedly gifted to him several months earlier.
The proceedings also reportedly involved claims that Hawa contacted police and showed marks on her body, alleging that she had been physically assaulted by her husband.
The allegations appear to have formed part of the wider dispute between the couple, which has now resulted in Simeon seeking a restraining order that would reportedly remain in effect for two years.
The claims reported from the hearing have not been independently verified, and the matter remains subject to the ongoing court process.
