The Conference of Vice-Chancellors and Principals in Sierra Leone (CVCP-SL) has on Thursday 7 April 2022 issued a press release expressing their disappointment at the illegal existence of tertiary institutions in the country and the award of fake degrees.

The press release was issued in response to the news of Dominion Christian University awarding fake PhDs to some people under a mango tree in Waterloo on 26 March 2022.
