Nine Beautiful Islamic Sunnah Practices Sierra Leonean Muslims Should Observe on Eid ul-Fitr Day
Morlai Ibrahim Kamara As we were so conscious of bad and good deeds during the Blessed month of Ramadan, we should also continue with that same consciousness after Ramadan. Let us Remind each other about (9) Beautiful sunnahs of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) on Eid fitr day.
1.Ritual bath.
2.Wear your best cloth (preferably white ).
3.Use perfume(Male only).
4.Supplicate on your way to Eid (Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar laillaha illalahu Allahu akbar walillahil hamid).
5.No Naffilah on Eid ground.
6. Walking to Eid
7.Change road when going back home.
8. Spread greetings (taqabbalallahu minna wa minkum).
9.Visitation to friends, families, neighbors .
As the holy month of Ramadan draws to an end, let us remember not to change ourselves for Ramadan only, but change ourselves for our entire life.
