JUST IN: Ministry of Finance Announces Supplementary Budget Speech Day for 2022 Financial Year
Ibrahim Hashim The Ministry of Finance has today, 22 June 2022 announced that that the Minister of Finance, Hon. Dennis K. Vandi, will present a Supplementary Budget for the Financial Year 2022 in the Chamber of Parliament of the Republic of Sierra Leone on Friday, 24th June 2022 at 10:00 am.
The Ministry made this announcement in a public notice.
The public notice is stated below:
“Pursuant to section 42, subsection 1 of the Public Financial Management (PFM) Act, 2016, the Ministry of Finance wishes to inform the General Public that the Minister of Finance, Hon. Dennis K. Vandi, will present a Supplementary Budget for the Financial Year 2022 in the Chamber of Parliament of the Republic of Sierra Leone on Friday, 24th June 2022 at 10:00 am.
All Vote Controllers, Heads of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), including State-Owned Enterprises are invited to attend the presentation.
Members of the Diplomatic Corp, representatives of Development Partners, Non Governmental Organisations, District Budget Oversight Committee members, Local Community representatives, Non-State Actors, other Civil Society Organisations and members of the General Public, are also invited.
All Guests are expected to be seated by 9:30 am.
