Jonathan Obai Fitzjohn, better known as Mello Seven, is a well-known Sierra Leonean afro-fusion musician and songwriter who recently released his much-anticipated song titled “KAPU.”

In Sierra Leonean slang, the word “Kapu” implies to “grab” or “seize” a chance when it arises. The main goal of this song is to teach the next generation the importance of “hustling while we have the energy.”

The song includes a lively amapiano instrumental with a quick tempo, ensuring more accessibility and appeal. This makes it appropriate for parties and nightlife locations.
