Sierra Leone’s Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary School Education (MBSSSE), David Sengeh, has sent his best wishes to the 163,894 candidates from 4790 Schools and 567 Centres who will be taking the National Primary School Examination (NPSE) tommorow, 6 May 2023.

In a post shared on social media this evening, the Minister wished all candidates good luck and good vibes, and encouraged them to do their best in the exam.

“I want to wish all 163,894 candidates from 4790 Schools and 567 Centres taking the NPSE tomorrow, May 6th, GOOD LUCK & GOOD VIBES!” Sengeh posted.

The NPSE is an important examination for primary school students in Sierra Leone, as it serves as a gateway to secondary education. Students who perform well in the exam are able to progress to junior secondary school, while those who do not are often forced to repeat the final year of primary school.
