High Court Judge, Justice Adrien Fisher has told rapper, Alhaji Amidu Bah popularly known as “Boss La” that his terms of sentence will be determined on what he say in his plea mitigation on Friday.

He made this known after the rapper was found guilty of four counts of charges on Monday 13 March 2023.

The Judge said Boss La’s fate will be decided based on his plea mitigation on Friday 17th March 2023, when his term of sentence will be determined.

“I have not decided on your sentence yet, you could face up to 15 years imprisonment, it can be reduced or even increased but it depends on what you say in your plea mitigation on Friday,” he stated.

Justice Fisher in another address told Boss La’s lawyer, Pa Momoh Fofanah that he wants to see Boss La focus on his music.

“I want to see him focus on his music, that is what he has a talent for,” he said.

In his statement, Pa Momoh Fofonah said his client has learnt his lessons and is now a reformed man. He then asked the Judge to tamper Justice with Mercy.
