Former miss Sierra Leone Hawanatu Turay has went to her Facebook page to condemn the alleged police brutality of popular musician Alhaji Amadu Bah commonly called LAJ.

The post reads; “LAJ might not be your cup of tea but his current situation if proven to be true is not one of those to be happy about”.
She went further to explain how police officers treats citizens.

“Most police officers over step their boundaries and majority have seen or experienced this with them”.

“Some traffic wardens will interrogate you for simply driving a nice car”. Yes, for the most silly reason and on the part of reporting matters, the complainant likely has more worrying to do than the offender”, which she said is Very sad for a nation.

Speaking on allegations of injecting him, shaving off his hair and restricting friends and family members access his is gross violation of his human right.

” If accusations of the police not allowing his lawyers and family members to see him, shaving his hair off or to have “injected him with a red substance” are correct, then that is beyond dehumanization. It is cruel, primitive and unacceptable”.

“The police have every right to invite and Investigate whosoever they feel has violated a law and he is no exception, but in the process of correcting a wrong, let’s not forget to do it rightly”
