Housemate Salone Season 3 Winner, Julie Tombo Departs to United States

Following a successful visit to the shores of Sierra Leone for over 5 months now, Housemate Salone Season 3 winner, Juliana Doye Conteh aka Julie Tombo has finally departed to the United States of America after spending a wonderful time in Sierra Leone.

Julian Doya Conteh has been in Sierra Leone since the Housemates Salone season 3 show. She was one of the 21 contestants fortunate to have made it into the house. After several weeks of Drama, games and house yagba, Julie Tombo was announced winner of the show among other five finalist.

As per agreement of the organizers of the show, Africell and African Young Voices (AYV) empire, a grand prices of Le250,000 (new currency notes) which is equivalent to Le 250,000,000 (old currency note) was given to Julie, and a trip to Dubai was also taken by the winner, the finalists and a cross section of the organizers of the show on a week vacation.

As a celebrity whose many are looking up to, both the old and young, Julie Tombo has sponsored 21 women in a self-empowerment program as Make-up artist. The Queen in her statement said “The Tombolistics Helping Hands Foundation presents Free Makeup Training for potential Makeup professionals. Adding that this is an awesome opportunity to learn a new skill or perfect one’s skills in Makeup.” Julie posted. On this venture of empowerment, Julie disclosed of helping 21 women to become self independent.

Julie Tombo has been in Sierra Leone for over 5 months in Sierra Leone working on her errands to empower and serve as an inspirational idol to many women who thought all was lost for having an unfortunate situation over the years. After the show, she stayed to build her professional relationships which she disclosed have helped her with advice and directions for her taking her professional life to another level.

“…build so many professional relationships that have helped with giving me direction for my professional life moving forward…” she maintained.

On the 3rd September, 2022, Juliana Doye Conteh and her fiancee Nohmi George organized a get together night party named “A Night with D Nohmi’s.” The program was planned as a meet and greet party for the Tombolistic fans. It was a night which was meant to be a night of appreciations from Julie Tombo to her fans, both home and abroad.

On a successful journey for a competition, Julie Tombo did not only win the competition but won other trophies including Miss Housemate Salone 2022 and won Love as well (Nohmi). She added that her fans showed her more love than she could imagine and disclosed that she is forever grateful for their support. Departing to the U.S Julie Tombo expressed her thanks and appreciation to fans and supporters.

“I leave to return back home to my beautiful children and family, I want to say a big thank you everyone for the warm hospitality and love in Freetown. Tombolistics na we bo” she mentioned.

“Wow my journey to Sierra Leone was beyond grate. Wow where do I start? Sierra Leone was remarkable 10 out of 10. I am beyond grateful to you all for my time here. I came to Freetown for a competition, not only won that competition because of you all , I walked away with two crowns, I build myself, I found me.. I found LOVE (NOHMI) and build so many professional relationships that have helped with giving me direction for my professional life moving forward.

Housemate was a blessing to me.
