Lilian Isatu Kargbo commonly known as King Lian from the East part of Freetown has been crowned as Miss East Vs West for 2021.

Lilian is 22 years old with a height of 5ft 10in tall. She was crowned at the Miss East Vs West Beauty Pageant show that occurred at Family Kingdom on 10th December, 2021. She emerged as the winner after defeating five other contestants. A brand-new car was presented to her by former Big Sister Salone contestant, Yabba Yabz.
