Sierra Leone’s representative at the Miss World Pageant 2025, Lachaeveh Alberta Caizarine Davies, has officially dropped out of the competition after failing to secure a spot among the Top 40 finalists.

The event, which began on May 31, 2025, at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad, Telangana in India, has been sealed, as Krystyna Pyszková of the Czech Republic crowned the 22 year old from Thailand, Suchata Chuangsri, as the Miss World 2025.

Despite her exit from the main competition, Davies achieved a significant milestone by reaching the Top 8 in the Beauty With a Purpose (BWAP) category.

Her project, known as the Dynamo Project, focused on promoting sustainable agriculture to assist local farmers, an initiative that highlights her commitment to making a positive impact in her community, showcasing the importance of sustainable practices in agriculture.

Although the outcome may be disappointing for Davies and her supporters, her participation has successfully placed Sierra Leone on the global stage, reflecting her grace, intelligence, and advocacy efforts.

The Miss World competition has always been about more than just beauty; it emphasizes social impact and community service, areas where Davies has excelled.
