Two Sierra Leoneans Into Finals For Little Mister And Miss Africa in Uganda

Two Sierra Leonean children; Rejoice Terefa Kamara popularly known as Terry Kay and Treasure Lucy Kalloa have made it to the finals for Little Mister and Miss Africa (LMMA) beauty pageant in Uganda.

Rejoice is a musician, actress and model whereas Treasure a model who loves reading and singing. After excellent performance in the initial stage, the talented Sierra Leonean kids made it to the finals.

They are competing with Ndaloenhle Lethabo Sibanyoni from South Africa, Abiol Joseph Malek Arop from South Sudan, Valeria Adoyo from Kenya, Basimallah Janat Matovu from Uganda and others.

LMMA is a continental pageant for both Boys and Girls between the age of 4 to 16 years. It’s aimed at providing a positive space for young Africans to celebrate the Rich, diverse and dynamic African culture and heritages.

To empower young children to realize their potential through a competitive, collaborative effort, building confidence through professional opportunity and cultural diversity. It’s an annual pageant that seeks to give a human face to the continent.

The 2nd edition of the pageant will be hosted in Pearl of Africa Hotel in Kampala, Uganda on 15th April, 2022. However, the young kids are asking Sierra Leoneans and Africa as a whole to vote for them to emerge as the winners.
