84 people in Kenema are reported to be in critical condition and admitted at the kenema Hospital Over Alledged food poisoning

Tragedy befell some birthday attendants on Tuesday at Momoh Thorley Street in Kenema where 84 people went unconscious after eating julof rice and birthday cakes, and drank ginger. They are currently admitted at the Kenema Government Hospital.

It was earlier strongly rumored that some people had already died as a result of the alleged poisoning, but the Kenema Government Hospital Lab Technician said no one has died as of the time this news was written.
