There was swift response to a public notice put out 72 hours ago by State House for information about the whereabouts of a 7-year-old boy suffering from broken leg for some years now. President Bio took interest in the matter and yesterday it was reported that the boy was located, transported to Freetown with his family and currently hospitalized at the Emergency hospital, Goderich in Freetown.

A note of appreciation from State House was put out yesterday and reads thus… on behalf of His Excellency the President, we express our sincere thanks to all those who reached out with information/contact for the 7-year-old boy, Manso Kamara who has been suffering from broken bone on his left foot.

Following the notice dated Tuesday 19th October, 2021, Manso Kamara and his parents/guardians were contacted and transported to Freetown and Maso was immediately hospitalized at the Emergency hospital in Goderich where initial medical examination has been completed.

Thanks to the Minister of Health and Sanitation, Dr. Austin Demby and team for their prompt response in the instruction of His Excellency the President.
