The structure gave way under the pressure of the torrential rain, leading to the fatal incident.

The city had being to choked up, water has no free access to run, people are building everywhere, they are blocking water passage to build houses and when there’s heavy rain the water maybe finding ways to pass, that’s why all these happened
Because freetonians don’t want to adhear to building rules and regulations ….it’s a pity for the innocent people that lost their lives….because most are tenants unknown what is happening ….God God Almighty have mercy on their souls…so sad …untimely death
