In a  recent high-level meeting, Chief Minister Dr. David Moinina Sengeh emphasized the importance of synchronizing community-led initiatives with the country’s broader development objectives.

Addressing local Headmen, Dr. Sengeh urged them to align their projects with national priorities to ensure stronger government backing and inclusion in the Medium-Term National Development Plan.

He assured attendees that projects deemed critical would receive support not only from the government but also from international development partners.

The Chief Minister also unveiled plans to bolster healthcare services by deploying additional ambulances across the region.

Chief Hanciles called for greater support and acknowledgment of their efforts, emphasizing that empowering local leaders is key to achieving sustainable development.
