EPA Destroys 22 Dredges, Captures 5 Illegal Miners in River Pollution Crackdown

In a recent operation across the Bo, Kenema, and Kailahun districts, authorities destroyed twenty-two dredges and apprehended five individuals involved in illegal mining activities.
This crackdown is part of a coordinated regional effort aimed at preventing water pollution in the Moa and Sewa Rivers.
