Sahid Bangura A senior lecturer at Freetown Polytechnic, identified as Mr. Bokari, has reportedly been found dead inside his residence in the Kossoh Town Community, Freetown, after allegedly remaining there for several days.
The discovery was reportedly made after residents noticed a strong smell coming from the house, prompting concerns among community members.
Information gathered from residents indicates that the lecturer may have died several days before his body was discovered.
Community members gathered at the scene on Sunday, September 13, 2026, while awaiting the arrival of the Sierra Leone Police to formally document the incident and commence investigations.
