The Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) of the University of Sierra Leone has announced arrangements for resit examinations for final-year B.Sc., Postgraduate Diploma, and Master’s students for the 2025/2026 academic year.
According to an examination notice issued by the institute, students who failed no more than two modules during the academic year are required to pay their resit examination fees by Wednesday, 2 September 2026, and register with their respective faculties by Friday, 4 September 2026.
The resit examination fee is NLe150 per module for B.Sc. students and NLe300 per module for postgraduate students. The institute said all resit fees must be paid into the IPAM General Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Account No. 003001107694100144.
The notice further stated that final-year students who were unable to sit their semester examinations due to non-payment of fees or illness should register with their respective faculties and settle any outstanding fees for the 2025/2026 academic year, where applicable.
The resit examinations are scheduled to commence on Monday, 7 September 2026, and conclude on Saturday, 12 September 2026.
Students have also been reminded to carry their identification cards or laminated fee receipts to the examination halls. Those who fail to present either document will not be permitted to sit the examinations.
IPAM said the Examinations Unit will communicate the detailed examination timetable to students.
