A viral video has surfaced, providing evidence of the man’s involvement with electoral materials and his cooperation with observers and the Sierra Leone police during their investigation.

The video captures the voices of enraged voters who were shocked by the man’s actions amidst the ongoing June 24, 2023 elections.

Meanwhile, the Criminal Division of Sierra Leone’s Judiciary, responsible for handling electoral offenses under the Public Elections Act of 2002 (Act No. 2 17 of 2002), condemns activities such as the buying and selling of voter cards, bribery, impersonation, hacking of election information, wrongful or multiple voting, destruction of election materials, and interference with free political canvassing and campaigning, including the use of vehicles displaying the symbol of a political party.
