Amara Momoh, a Mason made his first appearance on Monday 30th September 2024, before Magistrate Santigie Bangura of the Pademba Road Magistrate Court No.2 in Freetown for alleged Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act of 1916.
It was alleged that the accused Amara Momoh on Wednesday, 18th September 2024, at the Law Court building on Siaka Stevens Street in Freetown, Stole one 18000 BTU outdoor air condition unit valued at Eighteen Thousand Leones(Le 18,000) property of the Judiciary of Sierra Leone.
The accused Momoh pleaded not guilty of the offense when the charge was read and explained to him.
The Prosecutor DPC 18235 Thoronka K.K. sought for a short adjournment for him to get proper conference with his witnesses.
