Sierra Leone’s busy streets, transport grounds to a halt whiles shops and market places are empty in today’s nationwide sit home strike over the worsening economic crisis in the country.

Increase in prises of commodities, months of blackout, police brutality and injustices and the undemocratic practices of the government caused so much suffering across Sierra Leone.

This sparked sit home strike as nationals demand for the resignation of the government over its mismanagement of the crisis.

Markets women, transport drivers and riders across the country have stayed home to demonstrate their anger of the current situation in the country.

This according to them is going to continue for the next three days.
