Magistrate Mark Ngegba of Pademba Road Magistrate Court has sent three persons accused of killing Fatima Bio’s close protection officer.

The accused Mohamed Samura, Mohamed Lamin Dumbuya, and Hordy Evelyn Jabbie are on preliminary investigation for the killing of Samuel Kargbo.

According to the particulars of the offense, the three accused are said to have conspired and killed Kargbo at Woodland Estate in Freetown on the 27th of February this year.

The three accused were refused plea because the offense is said to be a felonious one.

The Prosecutor in the matter Assistant Police Superintendent, Ibrahim Mansaray told asked the magistrate for an adjournment to fully prepare the prosecution witnesses.

The defense lawyer, Roland Nylander did not object but pleaded with the magistrate for a speedy hearing.

The accused persons are in court after a report was made by a certain Desmond Johnson who found Kargbo lying in a pool of blood at around 2 in the morning. Kargbo was later pronounced dead at 34 Military Hospital in Wilberforce, Freetown.
