SAB Seeks MoU With Chinese Embassy to Expand Media Collaboration
Osman Tolo Sesay The Salone Association of Bloggers (SAB) has called for stronger institutional cooperation with the Chinese Embassy in Freetown, including a proposed memorandum of understanding to deepen their existing relationship.
The association’s President, Joseph Abass Sannoh, made the appeal during a courtesy visit to the Chinese Embassy, where the delegation discussed opportunities to expand collaboration between the two institutions.
Speaking on behalf of SAB, Sannoh thanked the embassy for its support, describing it as one of the most supportive diplomatic missions to the association. He called for additional opportunities to strengthen the partnership, including the formalization of cooperation through a memorandum of understanding.
The embassy’s Head of Communication and Outreach, who received the delegation on behalf of the mission, expressed appreciation for SAB’s continued partnership and pledged to make efforts to sustain and strengthen the relationship.
The visit forms part of efforts by the two institutions to maintain their cordial ties and explore further avenues for cooperation.
