At least 10 people are feared dead following a serious accident in Freetown, Sierra Leone, on Sunday evening.
According to witnesses who spoke to Sierraloaded, the incident occurred near the Dwarzak junction close to Pademba Road, and involved a truck that lost control.
Over 15 people are reported to be injured, with many being taken to Connaught Hospital for treatment.
Authorities are yet to comment on the full details of the accident or the cause of the truck losing control.

The use of the Hill Side Road, by HGV trucks should be banned.

The negligence of the government to stop vehicles that are no longer roadworthy is costing lives. 95% of the commercial trucks plying the streets of Sierra Leone are not roadworthy.
