Ten Remanded For Unlawful Possession of Kush
Salamatu Y. Kamara Magistrate Marke Ngegba of the Freetown Magistrate Court has remanded ten accused persons for unlawful possession of Kush.
The ten accused persons were brought before the court and are standing trial for unlawful possession of a harmful substance (Kush) and the matter was presided over by Magistrate Marke Ngegba.
After hearing on the alleged Kush matter, Magistrate Marke Ngegba has remanded all ten accused persons at the Pademba Road Correctional Center in Freetown and the matter adjourned to September 1st, 2023 for further hearing.
