40-year-old Yusuf Sesay who is employed by the complainant Michael Ibrahim Kargbo, made his first appearance before Magistrate Alpha Rashid Jalloh of Pademba Road Court 4 in Freetown on four count charges that include Laceny by Servant Contrary to Section 17 (I) of the Larceny Act 1916.

According to the Particulars of offence on diverse dates between 1 January 2022 to 30th April and at Central Police Station on Wallace Johnson Street in Freetown being a servant employed by Micheal Ibrahim Kargbo stole the sum of one million six hundred thousand Leones(1,600,000)

On count two on the same dates, at Grey Bush Ascension town Freetown, being a servant employed by the said complainant stole the sum of one million Leone(1,000,000) from Micheal Ibrahim Kargbo.

On count three, at the same place and dates at World Hole International office at Aberdeen in Freetown, stole the sum of three million Leones (3,000,000) property of the said complainant.

While on count four, on the same at Dundas Street, Freetown stole the sum of one million leones (1,000,000) meant for fixing of a vehicle wind screen property of Micheal Ibrahim Kargbo.

The accuse was remanded and the matter adjourned to 23 May 2022. DSP Moses Moore is prosecuting the matter
