United Bank of Africa Foundation has provided  food items to over 1000 people at their different branches in Sierra Leone.

In the capital Freetown, their headquarters donation was done at the UBA Foundation FCC Garden at Wallace Johnson Street.

The move is part of the foundation’s commitment to giving back to host communities and also providing assistant to the underpriviledged in the communities where the bank operates.

 

UBA Foundation is the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of the UBA Group, the Foundation is committed to the socio-economic betterment of the communities in which the bank operates, focusing on development in the areas of Education, Environment, Economic Empowerment and Special Projects. The UBA Foundation was incorporated in January 2004.

In a bid to give back to their host communities they offered meals to those in need,  Staff members volunteered to serve food and drinks to the needy.
